Core Supports – Daily Living Assistance
Personalised support with daily tasks, self-care, and community engagement, delivered with dignity and respect.
High-Intensity Daily Personal Supports
Delivered by qualified and experienced health professionals, our team provides safe and clinically supervised support for individuals with complex health needs, including:
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
- Catheter care and bowel management
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Wound care and pressure area management
- Tracheostomy and ventilator support (as required)
- Diabetes management and chronic condition support
high-intensity supports
All high-intensity supports are delivered under robust clinical governance and align with the NDIS Practice Standards and High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors.
Capacity Building Supports
Supporting the development of practical life skills such as communication, budgeting, organisation, and social participation.
Group and Community Participation
Facilitating structured group activities that promote connection, confidence, and wellbeing in safe, supportive settings.
Grant-Funded and Community Programs
As a registered charity, Quokka Community Service also delivers grant-funded community initiatives to reach individuals who are not eligible for NDIS funding.
These programs focus on:
- Mental health awareness and education
- Early intervention and prevention
- Peer-led recovery and resilience programs
- Social inclusion and community connection activities
- Wellbeing, mindfulness, and life skills workshops
These initiatives strengthen mental health outcomes, reduce isolation, and promote community inclusion.
